Beyond the restaurant's legendary reputation for food and service, they also employ innovative techniques to reduce their energy consumption including a 'cold kitchen' with induction cooking and deep fryers that turn off when not in use, energy efficient dishwashers, LED lights, recycled tiles and 'up-cycled' cutlery (second hand cutlery that has been chrome plated to bring them back to life).
