Founded in 1853, the University of ³Ô¹ÏÍø is the second oldest university in Australia and the oldest in Victoria. The main campus is in Parkville, with landscaped gardens and a mix of interesting architecture. It's well worth taking a stroll through the grounds. Look out for the Old Quadrangle and ornate residential colleges on College Crescent, including Newman College, Trinity College, and Queen's College.
