Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA)

Established in 1983, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA) is a leading contemporary art gallery, with its distinctive rust-red building a city icon. Designed by Wood Marsh it is situated in the heart of the Southbank Arts Precinct.

ACCA develops exhibitions exploring the ideas and work of significant artists from around the world, commissions ambitious new works by local and international artists, and delivers a range of curatorial, education, and public programs including talks, lectures, symposia, performances, screenings, music, and events.

Free public tours are generally run every Sunday during exhibition periods.
