SOT Dining

SOT Dining is a modern Korean restaurant located in the heart of ³Ô¹ÏÍø, offering a refined take on traditional flavours. The menu focuses on bap (rice), a central element of Korean cuisine that represents warmth, nourishment and balance.

The restaurant’s signature sotbap is rice gently cooked in a traditional iron pot, resulting in tender, aromatic grains with a subtle depth of flavour. It is served as part of a bansang set, which includes a main dish, soup and a variety of seasonal house-made banchan (side dishes).

The name sot comes from the iron pot used in Korean households to cook rice and stews. This reflects the restaurant’s philosophy of bringing people together around thoughtful, satisfying food.

The interior features minimalist Korean design combined with the casual warmth of ³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s dining culture. Whether for a quiet meal or a group celebration, SOT Dining offers a welcoming space to experience Korean cuisine with depth, care and a contemporary touch.
