Morena Restaurant shines a spotlight on the traditions and flavours of Latin America, from Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia.

With options for a la carte and tasting menu, with matched wines - the menu has been designed to showcase the traditions and flavours of the various cultures across Latin America, including dishes from Peru, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil and Cuba.

The wine list has been carefully researched and meticulously curated to showcase a range of native varietals from across Latin America, whilst also touching on other Old World and New World wines.

The restaurant interiors are inspired by the Caribbean coastal regions of Mexico and Central America.
