Hidden beneath Bourke Street, Dolly is Le Meridien's underground European restaurant and late-night cocktail bar, known for its bustling room, polished dining, and popular Saturday live jazz nights.

From 6:30pm to 9:30pm, The Night Creatures will take over the room as a five-piece band for Dolly's biggest live jazz night of the year.

In the kitchen, Bordeaux-born, Michelin-trained Executive Chef Hervé Borghini leads the four-course Signature Menu with Dolly favourites such as Steak Frites and Crème Brûlée featured across the experience.
