Petit Four Workshop

Unlock the secrets to creating amazing bite-sized desserts to delight your family and friends. Petit four is a French term to describe small bite-sized pastries or confections served after a meal.

In this workshop you will learn various techniques to prepare petit fours with different textures and flavours. Learn how to make traditional orange almond cake, pistachio and raspberry friand, and a two cake mousse, with your tutor Kate guiding you through each step of the baking process.
