This is a journaling session that guides you through a deep reflection on the past year, including identifying both the strengths and gaps of your life in 2025. You will come up with a plan for expanding your personal and professional experience, and ability to achieve better outcomes in 2026.

The workshop focuses on setting realistic goals that are in line with what you need, practical and actionable in the context of your current routine and capacity. This is a dreaming session but it is also a springboard into action with a plan in place, aimed at bringing the best version of yourself into 2026.
