English Learners Book Club

  • Free
  • Learning

This free book club meets on the first Wednesday of every month at Kathleen Syme Library.

Come along and meet people who share your interests and make new friends. Everyone reads the same book and has a casual group discussion. You can use the provided questions to help understand the story better, to discuss the plot, the language used, and how the book relates to your own life.

It's a great chance to practice English in a relaxed and supportive environment.

You are welcome to join any session you like and when you book, you will be notified how to collect your book of the month and the worksheet.

Bookings open two months before the individual session date. Limited places.
