Terms and Conditions for the ³Ô¹ÏÍø Only in the City Winter Giveaway promotion (Promotion)

 By entering the Promotion you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 1.     The Promotion is being run by ³Ô¹ÏÍø City Council (³Ô¹ÏÍø), ABN 55 370 219 287, 120 Swanston Street, ³Ô¹ÏÍø VIC 3000 (Council) in conjunction with AMPR Group, ABN 15 278 449 067, 136 Gwynne Street, Cremorne VIC 3121 (AMPR).

2.     Information about how to participate and details of the prize offered will be published on ³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s What’s On website.

3.     The Promotion commences on Monday 2 June 2025 at 6.00am AEST and closes on Monday 16 June 2025 at 5.00pm AEST.  (Promotion Period). Any entry that is not received during the Promotion Period will be invalid.

4.     Council will randomly select one winner via random draw, that will take place on Tuesday 17 June 2025 at 240 Little Collins Street ³Ô¹ÏÍø.

5.     AMPR will contact the winner via email to confirm a winning entry within five days of the draw.

6.     If contacted by AMPR, you have fourteen days to respond to AMPR’s contact. Once that time period has elapsed, you forfeit your prize and Council will select another winner.

7.     The winner’s name will be published on the ³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s What’s On website.

8.     There will be one prize pack (Prize) including multiple gift cards, valued at $1,985. Each gift card has unique redemption times and expiry dates. Each gift card must be redeemed within the period stated on the voucher and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the contributing businesses.

9.     The Prize includes:

·       1 x One night stay at ³Ô¹ÏÍø Place in a King room (Valued at $355), valid until 31 December 2025

·       1 x Voucher for Mr Mills Bar (valued at $150), valid until 31 December 2025

·       1 x Voucher for HER Bar (valued at $300), valid until 31 December 2025

·       1 x $500 voucher for Alpha60 - to be used with a 30% discount (valued at 650), valid until 1 June 2026

·       2 x GA AFL tickets to a 2025 Home and Away Season Game of the winner’s choice (valued at $200), valid for the 2025 Home and Away Season, pending availability.

·       2 x A-Reserve tickets to Beetlejuice The Musical at the Regent Theatre, (valued at $330), Subject to availability. Tickets cannot be exchanged once processed and you must accept all standard conditions, including lockout times as stipulated by the production.

10.  The Prize will be sent directly to the winner via post, email or phone number at their nominated address/number and cannot be collected in person.

11.  Contact details of the winner (including name, phone number and email) may be shared with suppliers so prizes can be sent.

12.  The Prize value is correct as at the date of printing, and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

13.  Where a Prize is unavailable for any reason Council reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

14.  Entrants must be 18 years or over.

15.  Entrants must be individuals and not companies or other entities.

16.  Council reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of the winner before awarding the Prize.

17.  Employees and immediate family members of Council, AMPR and associated agencies and/or companies any way involved in the Promotion, are not valid entrants in the Promotion.

18.  Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.

19.  Council accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Council is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

20.  To enter the Promotion, you must submit a complete and valid entry via Survey Manager during the Promotion Period.

21.  You may enter the Promotion once only.

22.  Council is not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by an entrant or third party, including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss, as a result of entering or participating in the Promotion including cancelling the Promotion, or in connection with the redemption or use of any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).

23.  All entries are the property of Council. Any personal information collected by Council will be treated in accordance with Council’s Privacy Policy.

24.  By entering the Promotion, you agree for Council to use your name and details to contact you for participation in a post-event survey, and you consent to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Council. Council may share your personal information with AMPR if you are the winner of the Prize, in order to facilitate delivery the prize to you.

25.  Where you have opted-in on your entry form, the Council will use your name and email address to subscribe you to the What’s On ³Ô¹ÏÍø newsletter database to notify you of events and activities held within the ³Ô¹ÏÍø, with the ability to unsubscribe from the newsletter database if you no longer wish the Council to retain your details for this purpose. Any information collected will be treated in accordance with What’s On

³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s Privacy Policy, located at /privacy.

26.  In the event that you are the winner of the Promotion, you consent to the disclosure, publication and dissemination of your name and likeness for the purposes of the Promotion, and Council’s advertising and marketing purposes (as winner of the Promotion).

27.  In all matters relating to the Promotion the Council’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
