The Carlton Club is a mash of eccentric and eclectic, it’s part bar, part dining room, complete with a tropical balcony over Bourke Street with their iconic lush rooftop bar.

The dining room takes a modern approach to pub food with old favourites as well as sumptuous bar snacks. Crafted in rich velvet the bar is a feast for the eyes and the palette with over eight beers on tap, quirky cocktails and a new world wine list.

Set at the front of the bar above Bourke Street is a tropical escape right in the heart of the concrete jungle, complete with palms and the feel of an island escape. On level one you will find their main bar The Carlton, Hasti Bala is on the third floor, and the Palmz Bar on the rooftop.
