Dining at Saluministi takes you on a journey through Italy. Meals are made fresh to order, using seasonal produce and traditional flavours.

The inspiration for Saluministi began in childhood: time spent amongst fresh produce, at the dinner table sharing moments with family, and in the kitchen watching deliciousness created with hands and hearts.

Enjoy grilled sandwich paninis such as the porchetta, with free-range, slow-roasted pork, artichoke paste, Pecorino Romano (hard, salty cheese) and rocket.​
