Chocolate Buddha
Chocolate Buddha is a Japanese-inspired communal dining room in the centre of the action at Fed Square, specialising in ramen, donburi and sushi.
Start with shared small dishes, maybe dumplings and a bowl of salted edamame soybeans with a glass of chilled chardonnay. Choose your soba noodles or bowl of ramen, or order a bento box with sushi and chicken teriyaki. The vegetarian bento box includes tempura vegetables and agedashi tofu.
The lengthy drinks menu spans cider, sake, cocktails, beer, wine and more. Better still, the food menu features organic, free-range and grain-fed ingredients.
Chocolate Buddha had an impressive reimagining by leading Australian architect, Peter Maddison. Now, the iconic ³Ô¹ÏÍø eatery is readier than ever to host hungry diners again.
