Where to find City Ambassadors

Various locations along Swanston Street, City Square, and Federation Square. Various locations at the main entry points to the Queen Victoria Market.

Operating hours

Swanston Street, City Square, and Federation Square: Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm and Sunday 11.30am to 3pm.

Queen Victoria Market: Friday to Sunday 10am to 3pm. Closed on Good Friday.
