The lush gardens of Kings Domain are part of a larger estate known as the Domain Parklands, alongside the Royal Botanic Gardens, Alexandra Gardens and Queen Victoria Gardens.

Featuring extensive lawns, a diverse collection of mature trees, and native wildlife, Kings Domain is home to the Shrine of Remembrance war memorial, and Government House, home of the Governor of Victoria.

Other highlights include the popular 'Tan' walking and jogging track, The Grotto fern gully, and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl, a large open-air theatre where concerts are staged year-round.

Wander through Kings Domain and you'll encounter many monuments, from a statue of namesake King George V, to the Pioneer Women's Memorial Garden and the Kings Domain Resting Place, a memorial marking the repatriation of Aboriginal people's remains.
