Patsy's is a wine-led, meat-free wine bar from the team behind the Mornington Peninsula’s Bistro Elba in Sorrento and Donna Maria in Flinders.

In an deco building across from Queen Victoria Market, Patsy's has a focus on using only the best possible produce, sourced from both their garden in Daylesford and vendors from the market.

The evolving wine list showcases varietals from abroad, with 16 wines by the glass available. All wine is vegetarian.
